After they move in, we work with lenders to get them qualified for a new loan, allowing them to buy the property.

We have a large list of tenant-buyers, so we are able to buy and sell quickly.

We are a family owned and operated business buying and selling properties for over 10 years.

We use are own cash or use our investors capital to help us fund the many deals we get each month.
